DelayDHD, operated by Rebecca-kay Francis, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Follow the prompts to request a refund.
  3. Alternatively, contact us through the in-app support channel and we'll help you arrange the refund with Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page or via the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account moves back to the Free plan. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — if you want a refund for the current period, request one within the 30-day window above.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you've been charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us or Paddle as soon as possible — we'll work with you in good faith.
